His nick name was Avida Dollars, which, roughly translated means "eager for dollars". I frogot to answer the "which decade you would choose to live in?" Well, when I buy/invent an time machine I will travel back to when Hitler was a teenager. I would seduce him (the only time I plan on to)...wait a bit...and then castrate his only one testicle. Then after a few moments of sheer pain, I would finally kill him. Then I would go over to the Russia and hopefully Stalin likes younger gals.
